What include the given prices?

The shown prices include the apartment for two persons, water and electric power consumption. There will be no extra costs!
Additionally you can use the communal swimming pool, tennis court and football pitch for free.

How is the booking procedure?  

If you decide to book our apartment, please use the "contact form" to tell us the period, when you want to rent the apartment. We will get in contact with you as soon as possible .

When do I have to pay the apartment?

If you want to book the apartment, we will reservate it for you after we get the prepayment of 100 €. The rest of the amount should be paid at the latest one day after the arrival. We take a security deposit of 200 €, which you will get back on your departure day. 

What happen if we will arrive late Saturday or Sunday?

We will offer you a little breakfast pack for the next day which includes some bred, butter, marmelade and coffee/tea. For lunch time you can try one of the restaurants in Salobrena to taste some fabulous spanish dishes.

How will I find the way to the apartment?

Most people book a flight by Internet. Cheap flights from typical locations are made by easyjet, ryanair and for german users airberlin. The destination are the airports in Malaga, Almeria or Granada. There are many car rentals like Crowncar, Hertz, Europcar and others at the airports. Usually you can book your car directly there, but we think it's better to reservate the car in advance to make sure to get a vehicle. We will send you a description of the route from the airport to the apartment. If you will come with your own car, we also will give you a description for your route.

Are there any restrictions?

Yes: Smoking in the apartment is prohibited and pets are not allowed.
