On the following pages we would like to present our apartment that is available for your next dream holidays. The fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea and more than 300 days of sunshine ensure a perfect time. The mild coastal climate throughout the year is one of the reasons why this area is so popular especially with North Europeans.   

The apartment is located on the upper floor of a newly build and detached house within a home owner’s community. The house is situated on a quiet hill at Spain’s “Costa Tropical” coastline overlooking the small village of Salobrena and the Mediterranean Sea.

The apartment is very bright and spacious. It sleeps two people in the separate bedroom with two single beds which can be arranged next to each other if required. The bedroom features a 3-door wardrobe. The large adjacent bathroom is equipped with a bathtub that can easily be accessed by two steps, a vanity and WC. The open spaced kitchen is furnished with a four-range cook top, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave oven. The dining area features fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea. A TV with Satellite reception and a Radio/CD-Player are located in the living area. The terrace has table, chairs and sun beds.

The community pool, tennis court, football field and ping-pong table are within the community area and the use is for free. The village of Salobrena is only 10 minutes away. You will find supermarkets, grocery stores and a variety of small shops as well as a branch of the German chain store “Lidl”. A multitude of restaurants and bars along the Salobrena beach invite to sit outside and enjoy good food, wine or a cold beer during the day or in the evenings. Within a 10 minute drive you will find a Golf course and a horse farm that offers horseback riding on an hourly basis. The famous city of Granada (Alhambra, tea houses, bazaars) and the mountains of the Sierra Nevada (3000m) are only 45-60 minutes away. Skiing is possible during the winter months. Many lifts are open from December to March.
